In the matter of F. Loder and in the matter of the

Lunacy Acts.

Having on 23rd. March, 1907, made a Summary

Detention Order under section 13 of the Principal Act, and having

now received the certificates of Dr. Macleod and arshall made

in accordance with the provisions of the said Acts I hereby

authorize JOHN ROBERT MURRAY to take charge of the said F. Loder

and convey him to the Lunatic Asylum at Hongkong, there being at

Shanghai no fit asylum to receive him.
